Yippeekayay!

They are The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza.

Yup, kids. That's right. If you look up this band expecting to find something involving the actual Tony Danza, its not going to happen. This band is a little different from what we usually post here on EGS, but they deserve a shout out. Their mathy metal is very much in a league of its own. Danza released their third album, Danza III: A Series Of Unfortunate Events this summer, and its one great album. Even though Danza is sporting an entirely new line up, their sound still feels like home. Josh Travis' guitar work on the new album is absolutely amazing. And it translates so well live. Danza is currently on the Over The Limit tour this summer, with a bunch of cities left to go. I had the pleasure of seeing them live in West Springfield, VA, and they were great as always. If you get a chance to see them on tour, by all means do so and pick up their albums. Any fan of metal/hardcore/metalcore/mathcore/whateverkidsarecallingitthesedayscore will not be disappointed at all. Thats an EGS guarantee.
